I’ve personally signed up for Amazon Flex, and there were a few pain points in the process.

So, naturally I reached out to support so that I could find a solution and start earning more money.

My first impression was that the built in “help” form on the Amazon flex app was a great feature.

So I filled out the form to let Amazon Flex Support know that I was having issues watching the instructional videos on the app. I then began to wait for a response.

My personal experience was a very slow response time, but having consulted with other drivers it appears that this is not always the case.

Reasons to contact Amazon Flex Support

There are quite a few reasons why you might want to contact support. A few of the most common include:

  • Issues signing up
  • Question while delivering
  • Wait list questions
  • Package reception appeals
  • Deactivation appeals

Contact Support Through the App

The easiest way to get in touch with Amazon Flex Support is directly through the app. A form is included in the app under the “help” section in the top right corner of your screen.

Once you’ve clicked on the ‘help’ button, you can either read through frequently asked questions or submit your question directly through the form.

Contact Support Via Email

You can also email the support team at [email protected] Response times for this method of contacting support are about the same as going through the app.

It can be difficult to get a well thought out response from support. Let’s face it, Amazon is trying to scale this service quickly on a low budget. They haven’t invested heavily in support.

You may need to contact support multiple times to receive a quality response.

Call Support Via the App or by Telephone

You can contact support by phone directly through the app. This is a feature that will absolutely come in handy when you are making deliveries. Issues come up all of the time when you’re on the road.

If you don’t want to contact support through the app, you can also call by phone at (877)212-6150 or (888)281-6901.

Questions While Driving

This is one of the most common times that you will need to contact Amazon Flex Support. Even veteran flex drivers will need to closely communicate issues with support while on the road.

You will encounter issues such as access codes to private residences, and recipients who need to be present to receive a delivery but are MIA. Many situations require that you contact support before proceeding. Fortunately, support is very responsive to drivers who are in delivery mode.
